When you book at least one recurring weekly visit with Tail Society during our standard weekday hours, you become a member! There is no separate membership fee. After your meet-and-greet and onboarding are complete, services are scheduled through Time To Pet, our scheduling and communication app. Time to Pet keeps everything organized in one place, from visit requests and upcoming appointments to pet and home care details, messages, visit updates and invoices.

We schedule visits using time windows instead of exact appointment times. During standard weekday hours, visits are scheduled within a one-hour window, meaning a team member will arrive or complete the visit within that window. Extended-hour visits use slightly larger windows. This helps our team plan safe, realistic routes while still giving each dog the time and care they need.

Tail Society uses a team-based care model, which means your dog’s care is supported by a team of pet pros rather than depending on one person’s availability. All of our pet pros follow the same care standards (including Fear Free practices) and communication processes, so your pup’s routine, preferences and needs are clearly documented and understood. Your dog is cared for by a team that knows what matters, while giving your family more reliability than a one-person care model can offer.
